You know what I love about this series, I'm this many books in and I still want to know what's going to happen. I love the way characters from other books are involved. it's great to see a slightly different aspect of the world. I don't really remember Ladon being mentioned in the other books but his character and his story intrigued me. Troy Duran and Sarah L Colton do such a good job of the narration I can tell who is who just by listening. So, so good.

Ladon's Desire by Michelle Dare is a paranormal romance that I listened to on audio narrated by Sarah L. Colton and Troy Duran.

This is the eighth book in the Paranormals of Avynwood Series. Each book in the series can be read as a standalone. However, they do reference characters from other books so I would recommend reading in order.

I absolutely love Michelle’s books! They always leave me with a smile. I really enjoyed Genevieve and Ladon's story. I liked that they had the insta-connection but slowly built on their relationship before letting the mating bond take effect. I can’t wait for the next book in the series Craving Camden to be released on audio so I can get Camden and Whitlock story.

Sarah and Troy did an amazing job on the narration. They really know how to bring a story to life.

I would highly recommend this series if you love Paranormal Romances.

Genevieve has endured a lot of loss in her life which has resulted in her not allowing many people close but she is a member of the Verascue family and has a few close friends. Although she knows that she is loved at times she feels like she is on the outside looking in until Ladon comes into her life.

Ladon is part of the Quikavond pack of shifters however since he has no special gifts he too feels like he is on the outside looking in. When he meets Gen the attraction is immediate but between her being a vampire and him being human and the escalating danger surrounding their pack things are about to become very complicated for these fated mates.

Romance, intrigue and surprises as we get to not only see Gen and Ladon find their way to each other but we also get to catch up with the other characters we know and love. I listened to an audio copy of this book and thought that the narrators did a great job with both the suspense and romance of the story. 🎧The Flock

This book is heartbreaking! I love this series and love this book just as much but so much happens that I’m not sure how to cope yet. I’m sure by the time the next one comes out I will have recovered and will be ready to dive in. This couple is a little more different with one of the mates being human but that does not stop them from finding their happy ending no matter what is thrown their way.
