Excellent!
I have really enjoyed this and listened to it a few times already. There is so much common sense that is a relief to hear and confirming of a deeper knowing. Wise words and plenty of meditations to join in with. Highly recommended.

A must listen
I loved every second of this program, which is beautifully narrated and delves into every aspect of the shadow in a very clear and straightforward way. I personally felt there was so much depth to the program itself and it is very easy to follow, The meditations and exercises were really helpful and I shall be going back to them regularly. I totally recommend it! thank you for putting this out into the world.

Highly recommended
Robert Augustus Masters’ compassionate approach, deep insights and his skilful guided meditations (read in his sublime tender voice) are a real treat for whomever wishes to become more integrated by becoming more intimate with their shadow - a total beginner or even an old hand at this work. This is the work of someone who has clearly been doing their own shadow work, and knows the terrain intimately, both professionally and personally. You will love it.

Extraordinarily good
I learned so much. I felt I was in the hands of an experienced guide who knew the twists and turns in advance and spoke from experience , an insightful voice who led me to insights and knew the illusions we like to flatter ourselves with. Very hard, challenging work but a spiritual joy. Thank you.
