Nice nifty listen which goes straight to the point on fasting. He made it easy to understand & even though I’ve read quite a few books on fasting, I was still able to learn new things about HOW to change my heart & resting in God.

P.s. not advisable to listen to this book during fasting, he talks quite a bit about food & their deliciousness 😀
