Liked the story, it’s a continuation of a previous book by this author. The female narrator is good, but Nico is narrated by someone who really doesn’t suit the book and that really ruined it for me!

A lovely story that you can kind of guess what's going to happen, but it doesn't spoil the tale unwinding.

However I really struggled with the male narration. There was no romance in his voice, he made Nico into an unappealing character, very matter of fact.

I absolutely loved this book. The characters, the setting, the story were perfect. I’m glad I have the book to read though, as I was listening to this in the car after already having read the book, and the male narrator for Nico was not good to listen to, I’m afraid. I found his tone and voice did not fit the character well. Loved the female narrator but the book does switch between the two every couple of chapters, and I would turn it off when he was narrating, and go back and read his chapters myself. I’m really sorry to have to mark it down, because the story is wonderful.
