As a parent to 2 young children I always want them to be kind to themselves and others. This was such a lovely purchase for them and helps them understand empathy and compassion for others. Loved the kindness activities at the end and the supporting pdf is a great addition to this audiobook.

I was just looking for a few short fun stories for the kids to listen to in the car. This was great and has some lovely music in between which the kids loved dancing too. Nice story about teaching kindness and compassion. What I liked was that you get a free PDF copy of the book. We have printed it out, has some lovely pictures. Now the kids can listen and watch.

This is a lovely story for children that shows many examples of how to be kind and the positive effect it has. The narrators voice is very fitting and it comes with a free PDF!

Loved it and most of all, i love that kindness to ourselves was included. I didn't learn this until my 20's, life would certainly have been less challenging if i understood this earlier.
