Ketogenic instead of takeout

Plant-based keto is exactly the thing my husband needed. He'll drop some weight - that's for sure. No more takeouts and greasy snacks. Whenever I’m trying to get on a diet I meet insuperable obstacles such as my pickiness in the questions of food. This cookbook has changed the way I see my diet and the things I would like to try on it. It’s easy and suitable for the beginner cooks. It’s bossy in no way, and that’s the respectable approach I can appreciate.

Groovy keto meals!

Some of the recipes produce unexpected results but I love them anyway because they are well-made and well-organized and I have to tell you that the overall impression is positive. This vegan cooking cookbook is full of interesting and useful surprises; I think it will be one of my go to for a couple of months from now - that's for sure. I recommend you to try Morning Coffee shake - so groovy!

For those who have very little time to cook keto

I’ve tried quite a few recipes thus far from this keto cookbook and recommended them to the friends interested in the vegetarian cooking (althugh there are not many of them in my surroundings). My husband who's a sure meat-eater has told me that is his new favorite for daily cooking, and Mint Fritters were loved by a little daughter of mine. This is the choice for you to make if you have no time to cook in the morning and in the evening.

Provides for keto people

If you're on the fence about getting this cookbook, get it! It's a good one, a simple one and provides for a keto household. Vegan cooking (as for me) is a growing trend for a good reason since it makes possible for those who are not allowed to consume relatively unhealthy foods to actually have the ones which are good for them and enjoy them. I just received this book and had very little time to look through it but it seems like this is the book to get if you're a fan of vegan cooking and look for easy options to follow this lifestyle! Vegan cheesecake is nothing like cheese but it's a cake and that's why I love it!

Excellent guidebook

This is an excellent guidebook. I really happy to found this Keto Vegetarian Cookbook. My family love this Keto Vegetarian recipes. This book step by step guide very helpful for me. All the recipes in this cookbook have to be appetizing judging from the ingredients listed. I tried this book recipes its give me a better result. I am learning lots of new things and I'm grateful for the fact that this cookbook offers flexible recipes, suitable for all kinds of dietary restrictions. I am completely satisfied with this book. Absolutely AWFUL

I do not have any idea how this is rated so high! It is clearly written originally in a language other than English. It seems as though there was not even an attempt to translate it correctly. It sounds like verbage from Google Translate! It is nearly impossible to understand. I am also unsure as to whether it is an actual human reading the book. It sounds as though it could be a text to speech tool. I think the information, if provided in the original language, is probably pretty good but the translation makes it absolutely terrible.

Useful book.

Useful cookbook, I listen about plant-based diet at the 2017 year. So I can say its nice diet. many people just follow clean eating or I don't know the Mediterranean. In my opinion, one important way its follow plant-based died.

Awesome!

I have learned a lot in the first section of the book. I have not officially started the Plant-based Diet, but by taking the information learned I have already started to see an impact on my overall health. My pulmonary doctor recommended this book and I was pleasantly surprised how many items there are to eat. Plus, the book provides all the needed recipes, awesome!

Excellent book.

I wanted to do this diet but needed help. I feel better and so much appreciate what this book had to offer to me. I will be successful as I can tell you honestly that I do feel better. I don't want to quit! I am feeling good enough, clear head and overall energy level, that I don't even care about the weight loss part of this diet. All I can say is... Just do it!

Recommend the book

This is a great diet, You have to begin this diet the right way so you will get faster and better results. In theory, a keto diet is simple; low carbs, high fat. The only way this diet will work right is when you eat a very small amount of carbs. The fewer carbs you eat, the better it is to help you lose weight.

Keto at minimal cost

Perfectly balanced recipes, easy food preparations with a moderate need for prep operations, and I will highly recommend it to any person interested in the ketogenic dieting because the author of this cookbook cares! Also, I would be grateful for some kind of nutritional charts but it's okay the way it is because the nutritional info under every reicpe is accurate. This book will make it possible for you to stick with keto at minimal cost.
