When romance novelist Kate Smith suddenly gets writer's block as she's beginning the final installment of her international best-selling erotic Bed 'n Breakfast series, she'll do pretty much anything to get her groove back. Like sneak into a Tire Depot waiting room because her words flow there just like complimentary coffee - smooth, sweet, and scorchingly hot. She manages to fly under the radar until the rugged and charming mechanic, Miles Hudson, notices the quirky redhead slinking in and out of the employees-only entrance. But she's way too intriguing to blow the whistle on.

Tired of living in the shadows of his headline-splashing brothers, he has finally carved a path of his own. Sometimes you’ve got to trust the back of the net 🥅
Booker is another one of the brothers who’s just came into my life and stole a bit of my heart.
I loved his story the best friend to lovers with a twist (which FYI Andrew is hilarious)
Growing up with the fear of being left behind is every child’s worst fear especially when having such a big family, but as time goes on booker struggles with this more and more as an adult.
Poppy she is such a doll. I loved her determination of wanting what she wants and not backing down to settle for anything less, shes got such a big heart and I really felt her struggles.
But sometimes in life even as a keeper you have to kick the ball with trust and the ability to believe & just sometimes the back of the net might not be as scary as you think. It can even be home 🏠
I’m off to cry now that I’ve completed the Harris series and might have to already re-listen 🎧

I LOVE THIS SERIES
I bloody love this series
I don't know if its because I sort of, have a crush on the narrator at this point but I am loving this series of cheeky cocky footballers.
4 brothers all brought up with the love of British football and this is Booker's story.
A little bit about the plot;
Booker and Poppy have been best friends forever but Poppy suddenly took off to Germany to start college there. Poppy left Booker confused and hurt not only because of the sudden departure but because they always talked everything through with one another.
A surprise phone call reveals Poppy has finished college and is returning.
Poppy has always loved Booker but now 18 and with the end of school looming, Poppy finally plucked up the courage to tell him how she really felt but saw him with another girl.
Booker has never been aware of Poppy's feelings and now she is back with her secrets and still trying to get over Booker its going to be tough especially when she will be temporarily sharing a flat. Booker is in for the shock of his life at the new stunning Poppy.
Its a beautiful story of friends to lovers. Poppy I found childlike at first but she's quirky and I soon realised this is Poppy, and I got used to her character.
A slow burn romance with a few concessions along the way.
I am looking forward to Gareth next the man united footy star.
No heavy drama or angst. Available in Ku, told in first person dual pov and available in Audio
Sharing a bedroom wall with your best friend from childhood quickly turns to anything but sweet and innocent.

A favourite of 2017
I said Camden Harris was the Harris man for me.
Then I met Tanner Harris. I was 100% certain that Tanner Harris was the Harris man for me.
Silly girl I am.
Now that I have met Booker Harris, there is absolutely no doubt that he is the Harris man for me!
Booker and Poppy were BFFs, and now after being apart and not seeing each other for 6 year they are back in the same town, and things just got a little bit awkward.
You can feel the sexual tension been them leap off the pages.
This book has a different feel to the first 2 book in the series. Where as the first books were more fun and flirty, Keeper feels more emotional and sensitive. My heart hurts for him, then I want to slap some sense into him. Then give him a big ol' hug.
I freaking adore Poppy. She is smart and sweet, with a dash of sass. And I can completely get her klutziness (I can trip over my own pants - while I am wearing them and hurt myself).
I just needed these lovelies to get their HEA.
I am a huge fan of the Harris family and all their shenanigans, and i don't see how big brother Gareth can be better than booker - however I can't wait to meet the woman who bring him to his knees.
I am not going to lie, Booker did give My Hayden a run for his money for my affections - but just couldn't get it over the line.
I can't wait to see what Ms Daws brings us next.
I had previously read the book of Keeper, however Will and Charlotte's narration truly brought them to life.

Amy Daws is like fine wine. She gets better and better With each book. This book is her best book to this day. So i can only say i have great expectation for her next book.
Ever since we met the Harris boys for the first time. Booker have been my favorit. I fell in love with the protector. The keeper is abit softer than his his Brothers. But damn that just made me love him that much more.
Booker is a keeper.
Will and Charlotte does an outstanding job narrating this book in duet. Not many can do it. But when it is done right. It is the best experience ever. And makes a 5 star book into a 6 star.

Another great book in the Harris Brothers series! Booker & Poppy had a fun story with a lot of Angst and drama but in the end, their story was beautiful. I love when characters have history and these two had years. I loved Booker's big gesture, It gave me butterflies. One thing i loved about this series is how much the family is in each book. You don't miss the other characters once their book is over.
The narration was great. Will & Charlotte really are great at duet narration.

By far my favorite friends to lovers romance!!
Oh my goodness, this book is so, so, so amazingly good. The story, its characters, this outstanding narration… the accents! Swoon! This book is everything! I don’t even know where to start… maybe best with a…
Confession: It’s the first book written by Amy Daws that I’ve read. Yeah, I know, I won’t be able to talk myself out of this one. Because I have seriously been missing out on something absolutely incredible. I know I’ll be listening to the other books in this series very, very soon. …and to say I’m intrigued by Gareth, the final Harris sibling to get his story, is a terrible understatement!
Writing: An American writing a story set in London? Uhm, tricky, and spiced with so many tripping hazards, it’s not even funny. But Amy expertly avoids all those and creates a believable English environment, her writing flawless and engaging… I loved every single word of it!
Story: It’s a friends to lovers story, one of my favorite trope, but it also has kind of a second chance feeling to it. Poppy and Booker have known each other their whole life – and at least Poppy was in love with Booker ever since. Then he unknowingly broke her heart – and she left, leaving a lost and devastated Booker behind. Now, six years later, Poppy is back in London. Gone is the shy and awkward teenage girl, his best friend, his mate, instead he is confronted with a gorgeous woman. A woman he cannot help but notice. Seeing their endless banter, their deep-rooted friendship developing into something so much more was stunning as much as it was intense. Every up and down I felt deep in my bones, Booker’s palpable fear of losing and ruining their friendship forever so real, resulting in this powerful make-or-break slow burn… The moments where I felt everything Poppy did were countless, right down to having my knees buckle alongside hers at something Booker said – and I’m not even talking about their passionate sex here! It’s as beautiful as it is heart-wrenching.
Characters:
Booker, oh sweet lord! What a beautiful man, yet so blind to love… He really frustrated the hell out of me at times. But still, I got where he was coming from, wounded by the loss of his mom at a young age – a scar so deep within it never appeared on the surface. It takes a lot of pushing and prodding and some reverse psychology (god, I cheered for Vi so much!) for him to actually see what’s right in front of him, and also to outgrow the shadow his older brothers still cast on him.
Poppy – sweet, fun and loving – maybe even a bit eccentric in her habit of singing the end of her sentences. And, oh, not to forget her hilarious inner thoughts about sharing a bath with someone – I start to giggle every time I think about that. Lol! A wonderful and crazy woman I truly adored.
Narration: Duet narration in perfection! Will M. Watt has to be my favorite male narrator, I could listen to his voice all day. And his portrayal of Booker made me fall for him even harder. Charlotte Cole was new to me, and it took me a couple of chapters to warm up to her, but, my god, her narration was one of the most emotional narrations I’ve ever listened to! And she even included Poppy’s singing :) Both of them general, it wasn’t just narrated, you could also hear them laughing, scoffing, tsking, shouting, crying. Every part of the story felt real, every emotion perfectly conveyed, every character having his / her own distinct voice and accent… Oh, the accents! If the English ones weren’t swoon-worthy enough, there was also a Scottish one – double swoon!
My highlights: Poppy studying in Germany and swearing in German had this German girl grinning all over. The fact that it’s about soccer, one of the very few sports I actually know something about. Booker playing my favorite position – keepers are sooo underrated! The accents! Poppy’s bath-sharing thoughts (again)!
I officially declare KEEPER by Amy Daws my favorite friends to lovers romance of all time!

5 Crazy Ass Must Read In One Sitting Stars!!!!!
Laughter, tears, off-the-charts chemistry, heart-break, heart-ache, swoons, smiles, and tons of Harris' crazy abound in this latest installment to the Harris Brothers series.
So I had all the intentions of posting a pic of this on my kindle when I was about to start reading early this morning. A strange thing happened. It actually has not happened to me in a while so that's the strange part. I read this in one sitting! Yeah, I know! I have not been this engrossed in a book in a while that I haven't been able to put it done at least for a couple of hours to run errands and such. Yeah I started at around 7 am and the next thing I know it's 12:45pm. Yeah, errands schmerrands! Seriously though, I have not been so engrossed in a book like I was with this one. Totally had to give this it's own rating too!
I love this series. Actually, I've loved everything I've read by Amy Daws and this book was no different. It was great to get Booker's (and Poppy's) story. He has intrigued me a lot in Endurance. I loved Poppy and all her quirkiness. She cracked me up quite a few times.
Amy Daws totally rocked this! One of my favorite things when reading a series is to have characters from previous series have a part in the current series. So you can safely say I loved the little cameo appearances of Theo and Brody. And I love that Amy continues to do this.
I am looking forward for Gareth's story next. I have been wanting his story since Vi's story in That One Moment (London Lovers series). Let the Crazy Ass Stalking commence because I need to find out when this Harris Brother will be hitting the virtual shelves.
Audible Review Update:
Overall 5 Crazy Ass Must Listen Stars!!!!!
Performance 5 Stars
Story 5 Stars
I absolutely loved the audiobook! I could listen to Will and Charlotte all day. Oh, wait. I did listen to them all day.
When I first read this book back in Sept, I absolutely loved it. Booker and Poppy's story drew me in so much so that I read it in one sitting while ignoring errands I need to run. Thankfully, that was not the problem with the audiobook. The problem came while I was running to the grocery story for a couple of things earlier and spent 45 mins in my car listening to Will and Charlotte. Gosh, those two nailed the narration! They totally fit Booker and Poppy perfectly.
I thought the two of them did a great job with the narration of Endurance but I think they topped that with the addition of the Irish and Scottish accents. Amy, you were so right when you said the Scottish accent was a "show stealer". Loved it. I may or may not have bookmarked those scenes so that I can listen to them over and over. HA!
I didn't think this story could get better but the narration totally made it more. Will and Charlotte totally brought all the characters to life and gave the story additional depth.

Not a Keeper - Spoilers
I have loved the last 2 Harris Brothers books. I was excited to dive into Booker’s story as he seemed to be the sweet, kind younger brother.
Spoilers ##
OMG, how I hated Pathetic Poppy. She was constantly trying to manipulate him. Everything seemed to be act so she could win him over. She was so desperate, that I could not stand it. The relationship did not seem healthy to have more than an attraction, it was borderline obsession. Don’t even get me started on when they had their first physical encounter. Cringey.
The fact that she winds up pregnant was laughable. What a pathetic loser. Then Booker magically comes around? Ugh, FFS.

Baby Booker gets a Keeper!
I’m telling you there has never been a better representation of what duet narration is supposed to sound like. Will and Charlotte are so flawless and seamless at the transitions and playing all the different characters. They are truly the best at this.
This was a different story than I was expecting from sweet Booker, but it makes sense from a child who lost someone they loved at such an young age and seeing all the pain that everyone goes through. Kids are so much more intuitive than we give them credit for.
I laughed out loud with the gay Scott Andrew lines.
I had major lava panties steam was definitely rising with chapter 12. Holy Will watt. Holy all the dirty dirty talk coming from Baby Booker. Who knew that bloke had such a naughty mouth. I was here for all of it.
I am going to continue on with my Trek through the Harris’ and my love affair with Will Watt.

A great treat
Booker & Poppy will melt your heart. But the part I liked best was the glimpses of their childhood. This book has the rest of the Harris family plus a couple of new characters that I really enjoyed. I highly recommend this book series to you because each book is so well written and performed beautifully.

LUV LUV LUV this book! All the stars and the feel!!!
This is my favorite Harris brothers book yet! And I loved all of them. But this one is fantastic.
This story had me cracking up while listening to it on my headphones in the grocery store. I’m sure everyone thought I was a crazy loon.
It has smart humor, it’s sexy, it has drama, love, and all the feels. Now one of my favorites!

Another Favorite Harris❤️
Lovable Booker, just when I thought this series couldn’t get better...just can’t put this series down. The Booker and Poppy friends to lover story warmed my heart...I also love the interactions with all the Harris clan!

It had potential, but the narrators are good!
The blurb held promise and I was excited to listen to the audio as I've never read anything from Amy nor listened to Will or Charlotte. I was also looking forward to the duet narration and bonus, British accents!
I really wished I could give this a stellar review. Unfortunately, while the premise was a good one (best friends to lovers trope) it was poorly executed. As readers we go into the story knowing that Poppy and Booker are BFFs. The author takes EVERY POSSIBLE opportunity to tell us via the characters of that very fact! OMG, I almost yelled at my kindle "Are you kidding me! Dude, we KNOW she's your BFF.... stop telling!" And that's the problem right there.... we are told about their friendship over and over again and its not only distracting but complete overkill.
I ended up increasing the speed to 1.5x (so sorry for the narrators but it couldn't be helped) to speed the book along due to the repetitive dialogue and slow progression.
Narrator's Review: This is the first time I've listened to Will Watt and Charlotte Cole. This is a duet and I enjoyed their performance. There were a few times where I felt it was a bit over the top (i.e. Poppy sing song answering). Both have great voices and provide the characters their own personalities and tones.
Overall, it was okay. I had the opportunity to checkout a new to me author and narrators. Did it make me curious enough to check out the previous books (KEEPER is the third book in the series), not really. I know, I know it sounds bad, but with so many audiobooks out there.... I'm concerned that the previous stories will have the same/similar issues. I will say.... I'm a bit curious about the fourth brother. I'll check it out.
