Lisa's book has to be hands down one of the best relating to menopause, that I have listened too and there have been a fair few. I could resonate with so many things she went through and have taken away some great tips and advice. also, having George's perspective was a great insight into the male view. read by Lisa herself, it's definitely 5 stars.

I enjoyed the personal and frank stories from the author. While navigating phases of life is individual, the fact that these transitions are hard. I appreciate women from age 40 and beyond are getting more outspoken so the rest of us have an idea of the challenges ahead.

Brave, bold, empowering
