Narrated Like A 1940's Film
Overall I found the information re the practical exercises re ESP interesting so too, the notable ESP studies that have been carried out in the past and hearing the anecdotal experiences by people who have implemented Jose Silva's ESP practices.
However, listening to the narration was like listening to a 1940s film documentary; rather, monotone and lacking in enthousiasm.

fed up with the none stop sales pitch
edited for update.
I have now managed to finish listening.
this book, along with all the others are just a Typical American company selling fluff, bluff and a dream that has no substance whatsoever.
it really is a sale pitch for all the other books and courses that are of fluff, puff, and no substance.
having listened to 4 of the Silva method books all.i.can say is dont bother. it's a scam.
they say do.this and you spend hours waiting for the "this" and they read you a lot of people who did "this" and never say definitely what "this" is. that's in the other course which then says ins in the other course, which then says it's in the first course. what a load of scamming scammers.
if these people focused on delivering the material instead of pushing their courses, materials every 30 seconds it would be a 2 hour course.
just wise up, pass the information on, then if, and I mean if any of it works people will buy the next book.
I have now listened to 4 books and not one of the concepts work.
just shows that if they cut out the sales and marketing of other courses, they might actually convey so content worthy of paying for.
