Ms Mayer’s 3rd instalment of the Desert Cursed series is as intriguing as ever. Plot twists, action, magic and amazing friendships and love - this book has it all. Magic, adventure, dragons and shifters and more! Great story telling as always and loving the way that Lauren Fortgang brings the characters to life.

The progression of the storyline is great; there’s so much information given to you in just the right way and at the right time to keep you gripped. The narration was heartfelt and obviously carefully thought through. I definitely recommend!

Zam really has a hell of a journey in front of her after the events of the the Jinns dominion. Shannon always knows how to pull at the heart strings and build a world with action and pace. Looking forward to the next installment.
