Milly Johnson is one of my one click, no hesitation author's, as is the narrator Colleen Prendergast, she is perfect for Milly's stories.
3 ladies who are from different parts of Yorkshire met and became friends at work. They work in different departments so never get to see each other. They all decide to book time off together and go on a much needed spa holiday. But the girl that did the booking got mixed up and they ended up in a cottage the next town. No spa in sight! where they are staying is very strange as there are hardly any women! The village has a secret and most of its occupants aren't very welcoming because of this. But not being able to change their booking they decide to make the most of it and make the most of it they do!
Its not just the village that is keeping a secret though, the girls have secrets of their own.
I did love this story and the characters. I couldn't recommend it enough!

This book was so slow in getting interesting that I almost sent it back. However when it started to improve I couldn’t put it down. I got so involved that I felt like I was on holiday myself.
