If I could recommend just one book on the interplay between physical and mental health, it’d be this one.

I’m aware that there are so many different types of approaches/methods/ways of thinking/’solutions’ out there, including social media, oftentimes they are dodgy and questionable... One can sometimes feel overwhelmed with the amount of information, especially while dealing with chronic illness. This book guides you to focus on what REALLY matters while living with symptoms that can be distressing. All information and guidance are evidence-based and referenced.

Also, I found Dr Sula’s voice warm, compassionate, and soothing, which helps me process all the information about the mind-body approach to chronic illness.
