About this listen

Real life is messier than the movies. A bold, thought-provoking novel from the exceptionally talented, Steven Camden.

He’s Luke. She’s Leia.

Just like in Star Wars. Just like they’re made for each other. Same film studies course, different backgrounds, different ends of town.

Only this isn’t a film. This is real life. This is where monsters from the past come back to take revenge. This is where you are sometimes the monster. And where the things we build to protect us, can end up doing the most harm…

I was not impressed initially with the vocals but soon realised it was part of the charm. This book was real & compelling, a reminder of the true reality of city living. We can all find a character to connect with. Great read

From start to finish, excellent.
Every chapter felt ad if I was being introduced to something new and exciting that left me NEEDING to hear the next part.

Comparisons second to none.

I love Steven Camden's style of writing, allowing the reader to dive into someone else's life and live it with them. I particularly like the fact he reads you the book too.
made me laugh and cry a book about real life with all its ups and downs, could definitely read the sequel???
