Summary
It Calls from the Sea is an all-original anthology of 20 brutal tales of horror from the deep blue sea.
Prepare to die. The sea awakens.
Eerie River brings you another round of insatiable thrills. There is no end to the terrors we have in store and there is nowhere left to hide.
Within the Mariana Trench, a research vessel’s crew is threatened by a mysterious force. A father and daughter’s holiday by the ocean turns deadly as a sinister creature stalks them. A group of friends learn that some things should remain in the ocean. Filled with a sense of wonder, a young biologist discovers a new species of kelp, but with disastrous consequences.
Can you hear it, the call of the sea? The lulling rock of the water beneath you, the soft breeze as it moves along your skin. The slip and slime of the beast as it caresses your face and takes you under? Can you feel it? Will you join me?

Thrilling from beginning to end
This collection was amazingly well written and compiled. Mrcreepypasta is a fantastic narrator who puts life into the stories. I listened to it all and can honestly not choose a favourite story.

Hit or Miss
The stories in here are pretty hit or Miss, and the funny thing is the scariest story didn’t even take place in the ocean. On the other hand, Mr.Creepypasta knocked it out of the park with his narrating. Like he does with all of his narrations.

Horrible read
I didn’t enjoy this book at all. Very boring! The stories have no substance whatsoever.

Too many happy endings
Im a horror fan dont be afraid to kill off the main character. I much prefer a somber end to my stories compared to happy ones.

Somebody miscounted, 21/25 promised stories.
To lead off, the stories were pretty good and chilling in their own right. Mr. Creepypasta delivers a solid voice to the works presented here.
But as the title of my review states, there are only 21 stories here. I had to do a double take when I went over the chapters and was somewhat disappointed there. I mean, 84% is still a B, as grades go. But somebody definitely didn't count right.
I did some looking around online, and the number of stories isn't listed on the title page like it is here. So I mostly wonder if some stories just didn't make it into the Audible work? Or perhaps someone simply got the number wrong? I don't know.
