This short audio book is long on entertainment! I found myself saying "What?! Really?!" quite a few times. If you've ever wondered about UK's funny laws, this is the book for you.

Well, this audiobook caught my eye as I remember having a mini-lecture about some of the strange laws that still exist in England and Wales. It was interesting to learn some strange Scottish laws, as Scotland has a different legal system to England and Wales. There were lots of interesting nuggets that would make interesting conversation starters. The audiobook narration was engaging and easy to listen to.

Really does make you question the wit of those that hold the power to make the laws. Wasn’t sure what to expect given it is about law, but some funny content. Had me laughing and shaking my head in disbelief a few times. I’d recommend 👍

Very interesting and some real weird laws in the UK, im Scottish myself and didn't know half of these. who knew that technically u needed the queen's permission to fly the lion rampant, or that it was illegal to fish salmon on a Sunday. have a listen if u like your interesting and weird facts, u will defo learn something new
