I know from bitter experience, men in general can't be trusted. Even the ones who look squeaky clean can harbor dark secrets underneath. And Rourke? He doesn't even try to hide his dangerous side. I'm so tempted to give him my body. But I'll never trust Rourke with my heart.

This was a very likeable easy listen. Not overly long or violent. Has all the bits you’d expect in an MC romance with mature themes.
No cliffhanger, guaranteed HEA, consistently good throughout.
Definitely recommend 👍

These two narrators are fast becoming my favourite narrators, you literally feel the passion and seriousness where necessary and the way Troy delivers the lines which are humorous has me actually laughing out loud!

This MC story was short and spicy. There isn't much Club action, but there is a sense of danger.
After meeting under rocky circumstances, Rourke and Laney soon realized that despite their differences in upbringing, their fire for each other was undeniable. In addition to their shared interests, they have a common goal of protecting a child.
The way Rourke and the MC brothers look after the little girl and her mother is wonderful. Reading this story was very refreshing.

Taken a bit by surprise - it was way better than I thought it would be! Liked the story, the performance and really well written all the way. Loved the characters too.

Not the usual kind of MC storyline, but it did make a refreshing change if you want something a little lighter. Narrators were excellent and fit the characters well, it's always a good listen with Troy Duran.
A good short story, a bonus that it was free with membership. There's no lead into the next book so it works as a stand alone.
I don't particularly feel too compelled to jump straight into the rest of the series. personally I prefer something darker.
