I don't know if this will change my life, but there's lots of food for thought relating to health problems that, I and the people I know, have experienced. Very interesting indeed- I could probably listen to a whole bunch of these types of audiobooks and not get bored.

I don't think I have ever heard a tape or cd like this one. It's as if you are sitting in a coffee shop listening to two very knowledgable women as they are discussing cases they have had at work. This recording is very relaxed and not at all clinical and I found the information it contained very useful. They almost talk over each other at times as their urgency to get their message across pushes them to speak. I recommend this very highly indeed. I was so disappointed when it finished.

I was hoping it would 'tell me how' and it didn't the publishers notes should be changed as it's misleading. I gave it 5 because I really enjoyed it, it didn't tell me how to translate the messages my body is telling me and must be loads as I can feel it, however it confirmed that I would like to find out how from another source
