This book makes a lot of sense. I’m happy to be on this journey. Diets don’t work!!!! The only annoying side to this book is at the end of chapters there’s a lot of repetition. Like on was suggesting Instagram accounts to follow. Just a lot if @ @ @. And other chapter ends with various one words like every feeling in the world. I just skipped to the next chapter.
