I have been listening to this book over the last few weeks, I will go back and re-listen on chapters that I've found very interesting. The voice of the reader is calming. Some great tips in it, seems to bring together other books that I have listened to all in one place. I will definitely be tapping in and out of this book occasionally. Wish the author had other books because her writing skills and knowledge are very good.
