I truly enjoyed this comprehensive approach.
I truly enjoyed this comprehensive approach to having a healthy relationship with food. Rather than denying myself the foods that I enjoy and enjoying an evening out with friends and family, I am able to understand that I can live a healthy lifestyle and enjoy the foods I love.

Astounding book for lady.
