One of the easier audiobooks to listen to.

Intermittent Fasting by Faouez Khedhiri is a well-written and one of the easier books to hear. And it’s quite a short audio with limited recipes and only a few different methods for fasting. Nevertheless, it’s helping me.

Faouez Khedhiri nailed this!

What I've learned from this? Fasting is safe and effective method of fat loss, and it may even have health benefits above and beyond. It has convinced me that it's significant enough to be considered. Due to the simple terms used, I was able to grasp the author's points in a jiffy.

My weight loss journey is made easy.

What I noticed first is there are no contradicting ideas here. I appreciate the simplicity of this. Moreover, it doesn't insist that it's the only weight loss program out there. I like this!

IF is easier to accomplish and maintain with an audiobook this straight-forward and consistent. Because this book made a great intro of IF, I got so impressed that I want to make it as a lifestyle!

it's evident the author has a good grasp of topic

Most of the diets out there are empty promises. Not for this one, though. Presenting a new kind of diet, I heard about its numerous benefits especially its weight loss effects. Faouez Khedhiri knows what he's talking about.

Something new.

Basically, IF is all about abstaining from food, drink, or both for a certain amount of time, ranging from hours to days. I don't mind doing it if it means for a healthier and slimmer me. It feels exciting to learn something new from this audio.

IF's numerous benefits.

It’s a good thing I got this firsthand. Otherwise, I might end up in starvation which is not healthy. Weight loss isn’t the only benefit we can gain from intermittent fasting. It pays to be educated.
