About this listen

It began with Eragon.... It ends with Inheritance.

Not so very long ago, Eragon-Shadeslayer, Dragon Rider, was nothing more than a poor farm boy, and his dragon, Saphira, only a blue stone in the forest. Now the fate of an entire civilization rests on their shoulders. Long months of training and battle have brought victories and hope, but they have also brought heartbreaking loss. And still, the real battle lies ahead: they must confront Galbatorix. When they do, they will have to be strong enough to defeat him. And if they cannot, no one can. There will be no second chances.

The Rider and his dragon have come further than anyone dared to hope. But can they topple the evil king and restore justice to Alagaësia? And if so, at what cost?

The penultimate part in the FOUR book Trilogy is as bright and shiny as well as as sharp as Safira's scales.

Brilliantly performed and narrated.

The characters live even as some of them perish.

Loved it. Engaging and exciting. A fitting conclusion to an epic story. A tale so well told. The narrator has a feel for the story. Unmissable.

What a story

Really enjoyed this one actually, can tell that the author improved with every new book he wrote and I am beyond thankful he didn't just have Arya and Eragon end up together in the end as it wouldn't have been entirely true to her character. With the performance, it was good, but I felt a lot of the voices got confused at times, the voice for some characters changed, but other than that it was very enjoyable!

Actually enjoyed this one
