The narrator (as I listen to it through audiobook) does a spectacular job in giving life to the different characters by changing accent, most times felt there was more than one narrator tbh.
In regards to the whole series, bare in mind this trilogy is part of a larger writing project with multiple works involved, so even though we get resolution to the majority of plots, we are left with some openess at the end.
