I was surprised to find that the content was strongly biased towards women's health which is Shah's specialism it seems, but I'd like to have learned this from the description and saved the purchase and time of listening to something that failed to satisfy my need as a bloke. Men are included, rather like a square peg hammered into a round hole and very much as an afterthought. I have returned it.
Great stuff for women maybe- likely to disappoint if you are a man looking for help with not being so effing tired.
