A wonderful book…

A wonderful book for any budding entrepreneur or working parent. Anya shares the good the bad and the ugly of building a business whilst balancing family life. She shares so many great tips and insights, I’m going to use “keep the ropes tight”. It’s also wonderful Anya reads the book herself. I loved it, thank you.

Excellent on entrepreneurial issues...

...but you have to wade through a massive amount about her kids and juggling family and business first.

She comes across as warm and compassionate and there's sensible stuff on work life balance

Excellent

Very interesting - full of gems. Very natural style of writing - read beautifully by the author. I can’t believe her sister is called Angela - must have been very confusing growing up!

Good to hear the truth

Sometimes we just need to hear other women/parents say it out loud. Thoroughly enjoyed Anya’s story, spent a lot of time nodding in agreement, laughing to myself and writing mental notes of good ideas. Yes it’s a crazy world right now, yes we must be mad to have full time jobs and 5 children (18,16,14,9 & 6), but they are our choices and it makes for a wonderful life. Thank you Anya for making it feel so true and real , and there’s still nothing better than a freshly blow dried head of hair , whether it’s mine of one of my 5 daughters!!

Brilliant.

Really enjoyed listening to Anya read this book. Her humour and honesty was lovely as was the affection that she speaks about her family.

Also very interesting was listening to her talk about being an entreprenuer. As a woman running my own business I was nodding along with much of what she said. I would highly recommend this book.
