Summary

The north grows colder, but the fires of war still threaten; in the heart of a girl raised in wealth and privilege, truth hides from the light.

If Tabitha can keep her darkest secrets buried under beauty, poise, and power, if she can master the magic of her land, her people, and her own mind, and if she can trick her family, her friends, and the sorcerers of her Circle into believing she is pure as ice, she can have everything she ever wanted.

But there are those who want her, and all like her, dead; those who would see the prophecies fulfilled, whatever the cost; and those who, by loving her, arouse her greatest fears....

Rookie Writing some pros mostly cons

An inaccurate and immature take on characters men acting like women and women constantly acting like ignorant childish brats, whilst making all the males out to be either naive, simple, aggressive or in the wrong in some way. The female lead is a moron who cares more what people think than logic this book could have been done in a third the hours with more content I sincerly hope the authors young because for a female of any age to think this is how men act is severly dilusional and insulting to men if the roles were reversed femanists would be outraged at their sex being demeaned to this extent. Especially this repeating theme of guys scared of how their gf will react whilst the girl is an utter moron.
