Great story. I thought the humour in this book was brilliant. Well paced, to my liking. The world building in this series is fascinating.
I also really have to applaud the voice actor.ni would love to here what his actual voice sounds like because I don't think he uses it at all in these books.

My gosh I love a good redemption arc!! Loved this story and am so excited to read the next!! Loved the crossover with the characters from I married a Naga!! Loved the emphasis on self love as well!

Decided to revisit this series, and to my delight there is a new book! Always entertaining and engaging! Love the characters!!

I’m in awe of Regine’s ability to create new worlds, species and cultures. In the series we get these amazingly fierce alien monsters that are massive marshmallows and cutest teddy bears to their mates. You’re not getting any major drama nor angst, you’re not going to be in the edge of your seat. But you will get to know this lovely aliens, how their relationship with their arranged perfect human mate develops, how they over come cultural differences and there always is some major challenge they also overcome before their hea.
In this book we get Byron’s redemption (he was a kind of cilantro in book 2) and we get to see how the main couple from that book is doing as they are important part of Byron & Bella’s story. I love a misunderstood hero.
Bella is overly enthusiastic monster love (even if she’s thrown the towel after the first few photos she was presented).
Overall a great, sweet and spicy monster story.
The narration was outstanding but it would be better with a female narrator as well.

I have loved listening to all of the books in this series I hope it continues, I highly recommend it , the voice actor is amazing at switching voices when needed .
