Thorough information across all of the body - helpful insight in each chapter - effective symptom and pain management/mechanics, cannot recommend enough. However, needs to be re-read/notes. It would benefit from PDF/visual representation/lists of recommendations/actions or exercises. Negatively, the narrator occasionally mentions Jesus/prayer, not my thing.

Thoroughly informative and validating
