Several narrators offering several character POVs is all very well, but HUNTED suffers from varying sound quality throughout. This audiobook would be much improved had the actors all been recorded to the same standard.

I was completely hooked from start to finish. I’m a new to audible but my wife insisted I listen to it. I found the narrators utterly absorbing. How they swap and change accents so seamlessly incredible. If you’re looking to be enticed by plot twists galore then look no further. When does the sequel come out?

A fast paced thriller with many twists and turns. I couldn’t wait to get to the end to discover if the parents of the main characters, who had crossed the Atlantic to find their children, who had been groomed to take part in acts of terrorism. It is a chase across country,
Racing to get ahead of the FBI yet not knowing who is actually behind a plot to assassinate two Presidential candidates which will falsely blame Muslim terrorists for political gain.

I must admit, having never read anything by Mukherjee before, I simply picked this after seeing him push it on Twitter!
What a ride! Great energy and detail, a terrific thriller. I'll certainly be looking at his other works.
Hunted was probably written and published to coincide with this phase of the US Presidential cycle, but to call it prescient is an understatement. To read it now, with what has happened over the last few weeks is scary. Try to read it before 5 Nov if you dare.
