Not much meat on the bones
The same credit will buy titles with a large range of substantive advice, not just woohoo, you can do it, in a robot voice.

I want to start writing my next book now!
After listening to the audio version of the book, a new idea came to me for my next book and I have an urge to start writing it. The steps David Kadavy lays out in this book are so simple. If you know how to read, you'll be able to finish your first book in a month! Highly recommended!

Not bad
Has some useful tips for practical writing habits. Worth a read although some parts might not be relevant, depending on what you are focusing on.
