I really love this book. I listen to it every time I go for a walk which is most days. I find it very relaxing especially if I am feeling stressful and uptight. The narrator's voice is so soothing and easy to listen to - very calming. I especially highly recommend this book to anyone who needs help with walking out alone or have agoraphobic feelings - as putting headphones on and walking while listening to this book makes you feel so safe and puts you in the hear and now taking your mind away from any feelings of fear which you may have felt before.

Wonderful book if you feel stressed.

I struggle with the concept of mindful walking for some reason. Maybe it's more simple than I think. Nevertheless having enjoyed many Thich Nhat Hahn books I thought this one would explain it so I finally understand, but it I still don't get it. I guess I would have liked a bit more content about how to really understand mindful walking when one is complicating it like I do. I might listen to it again another time and maybe something gets more clear. It's a beautiful book though, worth listening to as it's soothing and calming.
