Excellent for first time business owners

This book is great and very well put together. I’ve wanted to start my own catering company and although I️ know many things about the food aspect of the job I️ had no idea where to start or what to do about the business aspects. This book thought me everything I️ needed to know to get started from day one through year one and what’s beyond that. I️ highly recommend this book if you have zero or little knowledge about how a business operates!! “AUDIBLE 20 REVIEW SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY”

Very informative

Lots of detailed info with several example scenarios. Clear and easy to understand narration, too. I bought the paperback for future reference and for access to the charts and illustrations, although those might be available as a downloadable companion file, as well.
