"How to Think Like Sir Alex Ferguson is an insightful and interesting book packed with leadership ideas and real life examples taken from the cutting edge of sport that apply in leading any top team or business. I would recommend this book to anyone, especially those currently in leadership positions and those aspiring to get there, as Damian Hughes draws out the inspirational qualities required from one of the greatest managers in football." This is one of the ten must have books for any individual starting out on their career or someone looking to improve the performance of their team. It was full of leadership and personal development nuggets that had been tried and tested in the real world, simple stuff that really does work, from breaking down your goals into process goals, performance goals and outcome goals, the five examples of 'crooked' thinking and the 'bleeding obvious' . Really enjoyed listening to Sir Alex's ideas, just brilliant.....don't wait download your copy now and start to grow your leadership skills today. If you are a grand parent, why not consider giving this as a gift to your grand children, they will thank you for the rest of their lives.

A good listen with lots of good insight. A bit annoying that the chapter headings weren’t printed as I wanted to go back to re-listen to some points but found it difficult to find due to no chapter titles.
A good listen if you’ve read Sir Alex’s other book on Managing and coaching
