Some great content here which is easy to understand. Good storytelling which puts into perspective difficult situations at work that can be resolved through communication.
One thing: Shari's voice was not easy to listen to at times. The Vocal Fry was annoying and for a non-American was slightly unclear.

A great introduction on impactful conversations
