Arthritis reversal is more about human potential. On doing research for this audiobook I studied several body-building groups. I found one in Japan where the minimum age is 75 years. That's right; you have to be 75 years old to join. A lot of people think that as we age we're supposed to break down, and that's not true. If you don't drive a car, the car is going to last a long time; but if you don't drive a body, it's going to break down early. With human beings, the more we use our body, the longer it works.

I found the information in this book very enlightening and will be trying out the suggestions for regenerating discs and improving/curing arthritis. I felt there could have been a summing up at the end of book, of the methods mentioned and some elaboration on them. If this works though I will change the review from 4 to 5 stars.

great information for those seeking to healing and reverse arthritis but there is so much more on general health and wellbeing. definitely recommend if you want o understand how the body works and heals itself.

You can not lose with this book.
You can learn about how joints work, maintain, and repair themselves, and how you can assist the process. 2 weeks in and I already feel the difference.

I did find this book helpful and will certainly try out some of the advice.
I feel that how successful this book could be , depends on how able you are to apply the change in lifestyle. Gluten free, vegan, mostly raw food diet, would be a challenge.

Massively informative. Tells you so much about all sorts of pain/disease and a better way to view your massively ingenious body and its ability to heal and regenerate itself. Just read it. If you are interested in being an individual and helping yourself be well - read it. So much helpful non pharmaceutical advice. Eye- opening! Check your forward head carriage/alignment. Got MS? Read it!!!!
