About this listen

Achieving your life's full potential and turning your dreams into your reality is made much easier when you understand how to tap into the unlimited power of your subconscious mind.

You are born with an incredibly powerful tool at your disposal, yet most of us never learn how to use that asset to its fullest potential. This book will teach you how to systematically program your subconscious mind into becoming the person that you were intended to be.

By combining traditional goal-setting techniques with modern self-hypnosis and NLP methods, you will be able to predict, and then create, the future of your dreams. Stop settling for a life of mediocrity, and start achieving greatness.

Good advice. Certainly works but you have to put in the effort. Some selling of products during the listen, however not really needed.

Motivational!

This book had all the makings of being a 5/5 self development book. I like that it covered actionable steps and the proactive mind state a lot of law of attraction, mindset books miss. The author shared techniques that could be instantly implemented.

Here’s why it wasn’t a 5/5
1. The authors backstory went on for what felt like 10 minutes longer than necessary.

2. The section on performing tricks and the mic should have been a bonus chapter at the end. This was irrelevant to what I do or why I picked up the book. Professional public speakers may appreciate this.

3. Throughout the book the author references a worksheet to complete and the link provided is dead. My internet provider flagged the link as unsafe. I had to use a link checker first.

Other than that it was an immersive experience that emphasises prioritising action and habit stacking. The narrator made the book sound older than it was, I was shocked when Mel Robbins, Lewis Howes & gary v was referenced. I thought it was written in the 90’s

This book was included in my audible subscription I’d have been annoyed if I’d wasted a credit on it.

Strong start but lost me half way
