Deep and easy

Clearly written from experience, which readers can benefit from. With the depth of content comes a light writing style so you won’t get bogged down.
Suitable for leaders and subordinate managers too. Read the book for definitions.
Maybe worth reading some other leadership books first so this book can reaffirm and realign concepts and uncertainties.
This book is likely to stay in my library.
