If you are looking for spiritual or psychological guidance into how to live your life more fully and with greater happiness then this wonderful book is full of empowering insights and exercises to get you there. Thich Nhat Hann shows us in plain speaking how we can cultivate greater wellbeing in our daily lives, his teachings have the potential to have positive effects on all of us.

After reading that crap I am not surprised that over 90% of people in Thailand have no interest in Buddhism.
