PDFs not included!

What's the point of having a book that includes PDFs on sale at Audible. If only we could hear PDFs it would have been a perfect purchase. Loved the book and it's interestingly read by Kimberley herself. It's intriguing to understand a little more about how we can help ourselves live longer and healthier by looking after our brain.

Thank you, Kimberley Wilson!

So grateful for this incredibly thoughtful, careful and nuanced book. Wilson incorporates the latest science without overstating the current stage of research, and provides a uniquely practical guide to mental health as brain health. I found the attached PDF helpful, too – and her voice is delightful.

Well-researched and full of clarity on the subject

I found this book interesting and informative. The author brought clarity to the subject. I think that someone without a background in science could still understand this book. Perfect narration. A pleasure to listen to.

Very informative and helpful!

Firstly, the book is narrated by the author, and she has a lovely voice, so that's always a win. The material is very informative and she gives a lot of examples and strategies of how to implement changes in ways that are not overwhelming. I would have loved a longer book with even more info and research, because I'm fascinated by the subject (and interested for multiple health reasons), but I think that might have put some people off, so the length and depth of this book is probably just right for most people. Highly recommend!

Fascinating, scientific, practical

So impressed with this book that I've bought a physical copy to share with others! It's very well researched, heavily science based but also very practical. I probably only understood 50% of the science but there is plenty more to get your teeth into. It's very well read - clear and easy to listen to - but there are a few tiny stumbles and I'm not sure why these haven't been edited out as all narrators reading for 8 hours must make mistakes! Otherwise, an excellent use of a credit.

excellent for long term mental health solutions

a great book that needs several listens, it provides easy and practical advice on how to give yourself the best chance of long term, and positive mental health change. a compassionate, and technical view, that allows gradual, and permanent changes...as long as you put the work in.
