PDFs not included!

What's the point of having a book that includes PDFs on sale at Audible. If only we could hear PDFs it would have been a perfect purchase. Loved the book and it's interestingly read by Kimberley herself. It's intriguing to understand a little more about how we can help ourselves live longer and healthier by looking after our brain.

practical well researched advice

I live Kimberley Wilson anyway and 2as excited about her book. I literally listened to it in 2 days and can't wait to get the paper copy to mark of all the bits I want yo remember. easy to understand but in no way dumbed down, well researched, user friendly . everyone needs this book.

An stellar, big picture overview for those getting started

This was charming and also very wide. The lifestyle advice was fantastic—it was rigorous and was empirically grounded, and also accessible to anyone.

She covers a lot of territory and the voice/tone of the work is great.

An amazing book

I have read dozens of books about mental health and how to improve our brain's capabilities and this book stands out the most. The author is very knowledgeable and friendly, which shows greatly in her performance.

She gives proper advice on how to improve our brain's health after explaining in detail why we should do them.

Wilson incorporates the latest science without overstating the current stage of research, and provides a uniquely practical guide to mental health as brain health. Very informative and helpful!

Firstly, the book is narrated by the author, and she has a lovely voice, so that's always a win. The material is very informative and she gives a lot of examples and strategies of how to implement changes in ways that are not overwhelming.

I would have loved a longer book with even more info and research, because I'm fascinated by the subject (and interested for multiple health reasons), but I think that might have put some people off, so the length and depth of this book is probably just right for most people.

Highly recommend!
