helping me with anxiety

This book has helped a lot with my anxiety. not only is it informative, it has also made me giggle a few times. Most importantly, listening has gave me hope that I will get out of this anxious cycle by introducing some great things! I've started to learn Arabic, and have been learning how to grow my own food.
Cold morning showers have got me up and out, just waiting for the day when I feel comfortable and used to them :)

would highly recommend to everyone who feels like they are feeling and doing the same thing over and over feeling stuck.

Really enjoyed this book

Really enjoyed this book, not all of the challenges sparked my interest and some of them are already the way I live my life. But some of them are great ideas and a good way to move you away from your comfort zone I’ve already completed several whilst listening! Definitely worth a read/listen!

Absolutely awesome book!

I really loved this book. It’s filled with fun and practical challenges and loads of useful philosophy. I think it’s going to be really helpful for loads of people. I’ve already completed a few of the challenges and now have a massive list of ones I want to try. I’ve also found a new interest in Stoicism. I highly recommend it!

Overcoming Adversity

This book is inspirational. The author provides so many actionable tips big and small to aide the reader in becoming stoic. I would recommend this to anyone looking to improve their outlook on life and challenge themselves.
