it started well with all the normal signs but then got group participation etc. This lost me as I'm reading Alone!

Personally I found the book not very well suited for audio and would need to visualise some of what was said.

The narrator didn't quite read the sentences with pauses in the right places and sometimes didn't make sense. The text is repetitive and often found myself wondering if I had replayed a chapter.

What was good is the ways to improve your abilities at the end and ways to do this. Might consider the eBook version and have another go.

Not well suited to audio format

When talking about speciffic Myers-Brigs type indicator he gives examples of different types at the end of each. Otherwise good, informative book.

There's few mistakes in chapter about Myers briggs

Nothing about social skills. I kept on skipping chapters to see if he talks about social skills, but nothing.

Rubbish!!!

Got barely halfway through the book but found it impossible to finish. Unfounded and as anecdotal as can be. A throwback to phrenology and pseudoscience. The body language and facial expressions/shapes described would be useful only to people interested in cartoon drawing or anime.

Highly speculative
