I do not like the way this book trys to refute other non medical therapies such as counselling. Counselling is extremely important with regards to mental health problems.

This is not very useful if you really want to learn about homeopathy. It’s very watered down and not all of it even rings true. It doesn’t feel well researched or like it’s even written by a homeopath. Total waste of time.
