A new Dr. Ethan Quinn book is always a treat. Not only are the stories filled to the brim with suspense and twists, but the characters are relatable, honest, and realistic, and the narration by Grant Love is impressive and enjoyable. Five stars.

just love this series, if it so different to other police procedurals with the mix of main characters. just love how ray is involved in the group. i had guessed the main culprit once the reason was revealed but still enjoyed finding out how.

i listened to the audio version and grant love's narration really brought the story to life. The different characters each are differentiated and you can tell who is who.

This seventh book in the Dr Ethan Quinn series is a very good listen, fast-paced and packed with action. The narration by Grant Love is spot on, bringing the characters and tension to life perfectly.
My only criticism is the overuse of sound effects, which for my taste did little to enhance the story and instead became somewhat irritating. That said, it’s still a highly recommended listen.
I was kindly given a copy of the book by the narrator and leave this honest review.
