©2021 Cole McCade (P)2022 TantorFirstly I want to say Joel Leslie is one of my favourite narrators but I did find the first 2 chapters a bit....rushed? aggressive? not sure, but I am SO GLAD I stuck with it because, as usual, Cole Maccade has given us another M/M romance that gives you all the feels! I loved every character and as always I love seeing how the author sees power dynamics, amazing. I am only stopping long enough to write this review and then I will be pressing play and listening again!
I will say here because apparently audio books don't advise of trigger warns the way written books do. There is a "non con" kink and a scene of attempted assault. I knew this going in, and I was a little hesitant, but the book addresses these scenes and the emotions so well I needn't have worried.
