With a colourful cast of characters this is a topical tale of gentrification and its fallout in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, an up and coming neighbourhood in New York. The reaction to hipster gentrification is a one man neighbourhood crime spree to deter the incomers. I can imagine this is a commonly held fantasy in many late night bar chats and it's an entertaining portrait of characters inhabiting a neighbourhood in flux.
