I’ve really enjoyed listening to this. It’s interesting to hear the examples from famous high performers. There’s nothing particularly new but it is memorable and I will ponder and practise what I’ve heard this year and beyond. The only downside is the example of Ant Middleton - I’ve read his books and don’t think he’s a great example to others but can’t argue that to be in the SAS you have to be a high performer so fair enough. Recommended.

Very enjoyable and informative

Absolutely brilliant listen. Jake and Damian aren't trying to reinvent the wheel here but simply putting great ideas into a layman's perspective so that the people educated in the university of life rather than academics can understand.

Well done

Game changer

Mash up of best bits and insights from the podcast. I didn’t listen to the podcast so I benefit from the newness. Easy to listen to and some very valuable insights. However the delivery let’s it down…blokey and sort of patronising ‘basic’ in parts (assumes the listener is a bit thick).

Good in parts
