Very informative
I really enjoyed this short audiobook. it was like a conversation with a good friend, backed up by some serious knowledge behind the male psyche and just what I needed. Finished in one evening in a moment of desperate need for clarity and guidance.

Great little listen
listening to Stefan is like listening to a friend of you've known for years. The book is very easy to listen to and has relatable stories with great advice
He reads it like he's having a conversation with you lol
it's super short, but it's the kind of thing you'd wanna listen to again to refer someone because the advice is timely and comes from a good place. love it !
