About this listen

Here's to You, Rachel Robinson is Judy Blume's classic novel about family conflict. From the bestselling author of Are You There God? It's Me, Margaret.

Meet Rachel, the youngest in a family of high-achievers. She's also the cleverest. But it's not easy being super-intelligent – especially when her errant older brother insists on disturbing the peace and undermining everything she ever says or does. And her best friends seem to be falling for his charming veneer . . .

Here's to You, Rachel Robinson is a powerful sequel to Just as Long as We're Together.

It was all really good! I’m a 12 year old girl so this is right up my alley. Rachel was relatable, mostly. Like I kind of related to the fact she knew her friends preferred each other’s company more than hers but she was alright with it.
The jokes were funny. There is some kissing and stuff but it’s not too innopropriset so it’s like suitable for young-ish girls. I’d say it’s appropriate for 7 or 8+ it kind of depends on the person.
OVERALL IT WAS AMAZING.

Enjoyed this very much, but was there never a book with Alison as main character? It kind of feels as though there should have been. I like how Judy Blume writes, and that she leaves many questions unanswered, as occurs in actual life.

Great sequel
