Amazing benefits and simple

I have been looking for more natural approaches to things in life and someone recommended learning more about herbal teas. I had no idea that creating such delicious teas could be so easy. The author provides 100 recipes that are simple and easy. Once you get the initial staples of ingredients then you can try all sorts of recipes. I enjoyed learning more about the history of herbal teas and it amazes me that we have had aides to help us with so many ailments for so long but yet the quick and easy thing to do is take a pill. If people could find more natural ways, such as this, that require little to no effort and are delicious, I think so many more people would feel better.

Highly recommend. Keep this book available to you and have your favorite recipes pinned in the kitchen!

great tea guide

This book is awesome for anyone just starting with herbal stuff. It's jam-packed with cool facts and stories about herbal teas. It kicks off by explaining what herbal tea is and throws in some neat history from different places. Plus, it tells you where to snag good herbs without breaking the bank, and it's got recipes sorted by what each blend can do for you, like chill you out, help you sleep, sort out your stomach, boost your immune system, and more. It also talks about the downsides you might run into with herbal teas and how to be smart about drinking them. Loved it!!!

I was excited about this audiobook because I'm a big fan of herbal tea, actually, I drink it everyday. So I wanted to know a little more about it.
The emphasis on immunity is particularly relevant in today's world, adding an extra layer of practicality to the content. The soothing voice of the narrator makes this audiobook a joy to listen to. Great recipes

As an herbalist there are always different ways to make different teas and I always love learning more. 
This audio includes much more than just recipes,  there's nutrition,  how to find the right leaves including growing your own to suggestions of businesses online that sell herbs. Creating a ritual or appreciation for yourself, Respect around herbals, Risks and benefits,  Need to knows, How teas can be calming, all including recipes for certain teas and how they help.  It defines different types of tea's and gives you how to's, benefits and many recipes for mainly Chamomile, Valerian and Ginger for colds, boosting your immune system, relaxing and enjoying life and health.

I love that there are different ingredients like Magnolia bark, Poppy seeds,  Banana peel, Fruits and herbs like Fennel.   It's interesting how some of these teas are prepared but I love the ideas.

There's even access to a PDF printout to view the recipes.  Yay!!

I love that there are a lot of sleep aid teas, a detox type regiments as well.

Great way to naturally de-stress

I learned a lot from this book. I prefer going the natural route to health when I can, but sometimes it can be hard. I've been interested in learning more about herbal teas for a while. I'm so glad I finally did, because there was a lot in here I'm excited to use. My favourite were the stress-reducing teas. I'm a stay-at-home mum. I love my kids, but it can be a stressful job. Last night after I put the kids to bed I enjoyed one of the tea recipes in this book. It was very nice.

Incredible book

Oh, let me tell you, diving into these recipes alone would have been a mouthwatering adventure!
