I wanted to know more about valerian root in particular to help me sleep more and that section alone has been a game changer for my sleeping habits! All the chapters present real life challenges that have a herbal tea remedy. I loved the chamomile chapter and have started using it to help calm and chill during the day at work (which is very stressful!). lots of great info and teas, well narrated and very easy to follow.
