Summary
It is a muggy September on Galveston Island in 1900. A second-year medical student and his friends experience the strange legends of Jean Lafitte after a night on the town. This short story by Delta Oliver is an imaginative tale that takes you back to the days leading up to the devastating Galveston hurricane of 1900. Tapping into Galveston lore and the legend of Jean Lafitte, this story follows one young man through his run in with the supernatural, omens, and madness.

Fun set of audio books. Easy to listen to, The performers did a great job doing accents and changing their voice per character.
